Amy+Josh+Noah+Lylah
This is the second time I have been honored to photograph this beautiful, young family, and I absolutely love getting to see how they've grown over the past year! The twins are turning two, so Mom and Dad decided to have a shoot to honor the special occasion.
We headed to Oyster Creek Park and (even though our favorite sculptures had moved on) we had a lovely time playing near the water! We may have all been a little tuckered out by the end of the shoot, but I really love how the images capture their personal family dynamic. :)

Sarah: Baby Photography
When Jessica contacted me to take photos of her daughter, Sarah, I couldn't have been more pleased. I shot her sister Amanda's family last year, and had the opportunity to play at the Tomball Museum once again. :)
I suggested Jessica bring some props for baby Sarah, and she listened like a charm! We had dolls and baskets and a little chair, to boot.
I loved the vibrant colors against the rustic backdrop... contrast is my amazing best friend.

Yudith+Lino: maternity pictures
Yudith is one of the cutest pregnant women I've ever seen (and Lino is her perfect match!)
The two of them showed up bright and early at the Spring Creek Park for a maternity session. It was the first time we met, but it won't be the last; I'm already on call for delivery day and newborn pictures! (keep an eye out for those) ;)
We had a fun time walking around the park and getting our daily dose of fresh air... heck- we even had cupcakes!

Kurush+Khyati+Jia: Houston Family Photographer
This family was an absolute pleasure to photograph. (They generally are, aren't they?) Either I'm a super-lucky human and the universe is placing nothing but lovely people in my path, or my humanness just meshes well with other humans.... heh- umm...okay, back to the shoot. ;)
It was extremely important that we plan this particular photo session quickly, as Kurush was leaving for Afghanistan- in fact, he left the very day of our shoot! Khyati warned me they had been super-busy with packing and such, but you wouldn't have been able to tell there was an ounce of stress by the way they played and smiled and cooed over gorgeous little Jia.
PS- Props to Khyati for the simple and bright color-scheme!
